Stuffed Pork Fillet

600g pork fillet
2 pork sausages
1 leek onion
1 egg
1 onion
10g butter
40g flour
20ml white wine
10g chilli
10 g garlic
20ml plain yoghurt
salt and pepper
|
Stuff pork fillet with sausages and whole leek in the middle and roast for 15 minutes. In a saucepan fry onion and garlic add plain yoghurt, mustard and chilli then white wine. Cut the stuffed pork into 30g slices and lay them on a serving dish.
Put sauce on top. Serve with beans, carrots and sauté potatoes.
